This Order may be cited as the Religious Organisations (Exemptions) Order.
2. Exemption of religious organisations
Religious organisations mentioned in the Schedule shall be exempted from all the provisions of sections five, seven and nine of the Act, subject to the following condition:
This exemption is valid in respect of meetings and assemblies of a purely religious nature.
