(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Road Fund (Charges and Fees) (Apportionment) Regulations.
(2) The Regulations shall come into effect on 26th January, 2008.

The proportion of weight bridge charges payable to the Road Development Agency under the Public Road Act, 2002, that shall be paid into the National Road Fund shall be one hundred per centum.
The proportion of toll charges and entry fees payable under Part IV and Part V, respectively, of the Tolls Act that shall be paid into the National Road Fund shall be one hundred per centum.
The proportion of prescribed fees collected under the provisions of the Road Traffic Act, 2002, that shall be paid into the National Road Fund shall be as prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations.
