This Order may be cited as the National Heritage Conservation Commission (Kabwelume-Lumangwe Complex) (Provisional Heritage) (Declaration) Order.
2. Declaration of National Monument
The heritage described in the Schedule hereto is hereby provisionally declared as a National Monument for a period of one and half year.

KABWELUME-LUMANGWE COMPLEX, MPOROKOSO DISTRICT
Kabwelume-Lumangwe Complex is located in Mporokoso District along Kalungwishi River in the Northern Province.
The complex comprises the area starting at Lumangwe falls lip going 700 metres upstream along the river bank, from the point going 700 metres perpendicular to the river bank on either side, from the two points perpendicular to the river both lines move downstream along the river bank maintaining the 700 metres on either side of the river until a point 700 metres downstream the fall lip of the Kabwelume falls, from here the lines join the river at a perpendicular angle making a complete loop of the area.
Within this area lies the Lumangwe National Monument covering an area of 785,000 square yards which shall be excluded from this declaration.
