This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Declared Commonwealth Countries) Order.
2. Declaration of Commonwealth countries
Every country other than the Republic which is at the relevant time a member of the Commonwealth is hereby declared to be a Commonwealth country in relation to which Part III of the Act applies.
