This Order may be cited as the Air Passenger Service Charge (Charging) Order.
2. Imposition of passenger service charge for local destination
There shall be paid by every passenger on every occasion on which he embarks an aircraft at an airport for a destination within Zambia, a passenger service charge of two hundred kwacha.
3. Revocation of SI 120 of 1990
The Air Passenger Service Charge (Charging) Order, 1990, is hereby revoked.
