AN ACT
to repeal the Traditional Beer Act.

This Act may be cited as the Traditional Beer Act.
(1) The Traditional Beer Act, 1930, is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding sub-section (1), a person who immediately before the commencement of this Act, held a permit to manufacture, process or sell traditional beer shall hold such permit for a period of three months, or for such extended period as the Minister may determine, after which that person shall apply for a liquor licence under the provisions of the Liquor Licensing Act, 2011.
