1. Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Fees and Fines (Fee and Penalty Unit Value) Regulations.

2. Value of the fee unit

The value of a fee unit for the purpose of section 3 of the Act is thirty ngwee.

3. Value of penalty unit

The value of a penalty unit for the purposes of section 6 of the Act is thirty ngwee.
