These Regulations may be cited as the Clubs (Liquor) Regulations.
2. Form and manner of application for permit
An application for a permit under section 9 of the Act and for any renewal thereof shall be made in writing to the District Secretary by the club secretary. The application shall state the name of the club, the situation of the club premises and the number of members at the date of application.
