This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products Levy (Cattle) Order.
In this Order, “cattle” means bulls, calves, cows, heifers and oxen.
3. Declaration of agricultural product
Cattle are hereby declared to be an agricultural product for the purposes of the Act.

This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products Levy (Withdrawal) Order.
The levies imposed in pursuance of the Act on—
(a) dry maize on or off the cob;
(b) milk and butterfat;
(c) cattle;
are hereby wholly withdrawn.
